These Findies Community Rewards Terms (the “Terms”) set out the rules for earning rewards for posting Content (as defined below) on Company’s website https://findies.com/ and mobile applications (collectively, the “Website”).
By using the Findies platform to post any content and earn rewards, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms, together with our general Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
1.1. “Content” means any videos, posts, reviews, recommendations, images, text, or other creative material that you generate, upload, or share on the Website or via the Company’s mobile applications. Content may feature products, services, or experiences and is subject to these Terms, including content standards, moderation, and rewards rules.
1.2. “User” means any registered user who generates, uploads, or shares Content on the Website or via the Company’s mobile applications in accordance with these Terms.
1.3. “Eligible Engagement” means a user or visitor interaction with Content including but not limited to:

Any term used in these Terms but not specifically defined herein shall have the meaning given to it in the Company’s general Terms and Conditions, as applicable.
